I spent the day at the Art Institute, hence I was unable to make a thread. While I'd ordinarily recommend that one not dress like a savage to go to the estimable Art Institute of Chicago, it did make me happy to see lots of people in Blackhawks and Penguins regalia, containing multitudes as both hockey fans and fine art fans. My companion and I went past the same fat guy in a Brooks Orpik fauxback sweater like five times, which was a little weird.

Today is my mom's birthday, so we all took her out to lunch. I wasn't too happy about this. I had a really nice first date yesterday and she and I had talked about maybe making today the second date, so that'll have to wait a bit, I guess.

So have you figured out a second date yet?

Probably the MCA and dinner, but let's not make it a rolling thread.

What is the proper amount of dates before you can take someone to a B&B remote?

Not a bad idea, but to have that you have to have people willing to share.

CH has shown clearly that he wants us all to know what is going on, so why not give him a proper forum to keep us updated so they do not get lost in the midst of other threads.

Ah a trick question ... the amount is irrelevant, as it would be the last in the sequence.

Chik-Fil-A, followed by seeing the movie "Son Of God", ending with a kiss on the cheek(2nd base).

Well, I would share.

Im sure Bagels would love to tell his tales of conquests

And a few guys here will probably be divorced soon and then we can read those updates....

On Saturday I went to Club Lago for an anniversary of sorts. I even drank wine, which is a really rare occurrence. We then stopped at the Irish Heritage Center for a drink and some music before going home. I had a Tullamore Dew. The music wasn't very good and the guy was pissed they wouldn't turn off the hockey game on the TV. Still, just a nice night.

Went out to Red Robin with the most recent Ex GF.

We only broke it off because of insanely difficult scheduling, so we picked up right where we left off.

But now there is a whole new bunch of issues (her company is outsourcing and her job is being terminated in December)

Anyway, short term prosepects are good, long term not so much.

I was great on this date. Id give myself 4 out of 5 Dan Fieldings

The ones that would be worth sharing...I prefer to keep those off the internet.

On Saturday, we went shopping at a local outdoor mall and then got Panera for lunch.

It was the craziest day we've had in 4 years.

We didn't even plan to go to Panera! It was almost too much for me...

We are going to a 5 o'clock movie tonight. I might end up with the lampshade on my head later.

If Tracy Topps is there, she's likely 114 years-old with 66 DDD's scraping against her feet, but tell her Dr. Ken says hello.

My neighbor is getting a divorce and now she wants Mrs. Dr. Ken and I to go out to dinner with her and her new dude who she thinks I'd really get along with. She apparently doesn't realize that I don't like anyone. Plus the guy is pushing the envelope of middle-age driving a sports car in a typical "look at me" color. I'm pretty sure this won't work.

I barely get to go out to dinner with my wife on my own. Why would I want to take that rare opportunity to do this?
