red leaf lettuce, broccoli, kale, cucumber, carrots, sweet tomatoes, cheddar cheese, with onions salad, topped with ranch for the first round. huge bowl of that shit downed in 5 minutes.

then main course of cheddar broccoli rice dish topped with a stuffed and seasoned chicken thigh.

holy shit i am nearly buzzing from the flavor and filling. gonna sleep good tonite boys.

i eat too healthy i think. the chicken was my spoiler. i needed some junk food though, i usually eat one huge bowl of salad a day (i mean popcorn sized bowls. equivalent to 4 cereal bowls at least). usually the same type of salad, because thats what is cheap (i make a 5+ pound salad for $9. buy whole raw veggies and cut them up. its soooo god damn good).

in the morning i make a egg or wheat bagel with cream cheese, and have a coffee. lunch is always the same, turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich with a small bag of chips and a banana or apple. and dinner is one huge bowl of salad. every 2-3 days i either cook some chicken or beef, and about once a week i might go totally crazy/lazy and cook a frozen pizza. the pizza days hit me pretty hard though, i fart a lot from them.

on the weekends or another lazy night i might just have a bowl or two of cereal with almond milk, and usually top it with bananas or strawberries/blueberries or whatever berries are on sale. i would say at least half of the food i buy and eat is raw fruits and veggies. the energy i get from it is addicting... i used to eat like shit in my early 20's- tons of mcd's and burger king. but its a whole different story now. i cant get enough of plants. i see broccoli and i just want to eat it like its crack cocaine on a stick. the kale is fairly new too, but i absolutely love it. love the texture, and love the zesty taste. what got me hooked is the noticeable difference my body reaction to it is. i can see why they call it a super food, the day after i started adding it to my salads i noticed it... just pure power.

the only dairy intake i do now is cheese. i love it. i think its the enzymes that agree with my gut. but no more cow milk, and rarely any ice cream (although i guess you can make almond milk ice cream, i need to try it).

and i drink at least half a gallon of water per day. i used to drink so much pop... ugh i just think about it and it makes me sick. i mean, i still drink a glass or two a night, but any more then that and its just too much crud. i feel it the next day. my body is a machine, it needs to be fed right. i need to be careful though, i hear too much salad can actually be bad... i just eat that it like its that girls vagina from modern family i cant help it. my mouth waters when i walk by the produce section at the grocery store. i think im getting old.

ive seen that shit. its good. its also common sense.

i did it again. little oil in the pan, salt, pepper, and plopped on a boneless skinless chicken breast. cover that up and let it cook not too fast but not too slow. on the other burner was another cheddar rice dish, and the third burner had fresh broccoli and carrots boiling.

shredded up the chicken, and mixed it in with the rice. then poured the fresh boiled veggies on it. my fucking god, that was so fucking good. gonna be an easy day tomorrow at work.

came very close to just cooking a brew pub lottza mottza pizza, but i knew that would hurt me tomorrow. so glad i made this choice, it tasted so much better anyway. i ate all of it too! now i need a cigarette.

it does sound funny:) but the 3 minutes a day i smoke is nothing compared to the 10 hours a day ive been in an aluminum factory breathing molten metal soot.

i do want to switch to ecig though. some chick let me try it in a bar the other night, and i was impressed. it hits you hard, you get the same buzz as a cig but theres no shitty smell the next morning all over your clothes.
