Just talk about secret fried chicken places. Chicago people are suckers for a good fried chicken place.

They'll drive a 100 miles to try one.

Only on CSFMB can a thread about the NCAA tournament turn into a thread about "eating meat" and paying nearly $1000 for meat. Why buy that much meat at a time?

Where can a buy fish or turkey that is 50x better than something I would buy at the store? I don't eat beef or pork so I'll never know how good that tastes.

Have a friend who participates there often and knows the owners. I made a post there about Barn & Co. and seeing it involved Gary Fat Ass (Wiviot) it came under some scrutiny. No, I did not call him Fat Ass int he post, I was as honest as possible about my experience at a place operated by a self proclaimed BarBQ expert that was less than good. Pointed out exactly why, what was wrong etc.

Got an email from the guy who was running the board. Told him everything I said was the truth and expected the place to be good. I took no personal shots at the guy, just said nothing was good.
