UK starts the game with a 2 tech FT's. I honestly thought that rule was only in HS.
Stupid, stupid rule.

And God forbid the refs use a little discretion in enforcing it.

This is why LeBron didn't go to college.

Somehow Reggie Miller is even worse at calling college games than he is at NBA games.

One ear-bud in and connected to the "Guss Jonson" sound-board app on my cell phone.
It's not licensed and rife with "native advertising", so instead of his trademark call you get:

"Funyuns!"

Niang has a broken foot. Tough break for the fighting lipids.

Yeah, I didn't have them going that far - but that was arguably the weakest bracket anyway and it juts got weaker.

I used to watch many an NBA game with Mike Gminski in it. Now he looks like that??

I am old. :(

And just like that, every one of the 11 million players in Buffet's billion dollar challenge has been eliminated in the first round.

I went to bed right after the ISU game ended, so all I knew was Niang had left the game with a "sore foot"...nothing like waking up in the middle of the night to see a tweet from Spanky that he's out for the rest of the tournament with a broken foot...

  :(

I'd like to think they can still beat UNC, but they were already rocking a pretty shallow rotation as it is, with only 7 guys getting meaningful minutes before this injury...guess it just means it's time to launch the Daniel Edozie experience properly...

Halfway through the 1st and St Louis is on pace to score a whopping 16 points for the entire game.

I'm hoping these games get better today.

St. Louis on pace to score 16? Is Matt Cain pitching?

Saint Louis cuts it to 3 and they can't shoot free throws!

I don't know why Oregon is playing so tight now. They're getting the same looks they were getting in the first half, but now they're passing them up and forcing bad, contested shots. Wisconsin's defense isn't any different.

Terrible call on Oregon there. You can't call something that petty right now.

you cannot give up 3 offensive rebounds late in the game.
