They steal the packages that the UPS guys put in the lobby. They probably thought they had a gold chain today, as they pulled the chain out, but it was attached to a purse which was still in the box and they couldnt take it out.

Next time I see them , and Yes I am quite sure I will, I will ask them nicely to stop.

Followed them first (Leary wouldnt even do that), until I was 100% sure they werent there for some other reason and as soon as I saw them walk out the back, I chased them, they knew I saw them and ran since they got out of my site, as when I turned the corner, they were already running...and the car pulled up.

I yelled "Excuse me sir, I would appreciate it if you would not break and enter the premises again, thank you!"

Myself? About once a month.

But this was for one of the girls that lives here, these guys must have thought they got a gold chain, started pulling it out and it didnt come out, because of the purse.

Gotta give these criminals a little credit. These guys knew if they are caught with something on them, thats the crime, so they left it. Had the "Get Away" planned, as they have done this before.

The one thing that they fucked up, is that now I know exactly who they are or at least who's car it was.

Install a lock on the lobby door so you can only enter the building if you're a tenant? If a visitor there's a buzzer so the tenant can let you in? This situation would be avoided?
