They have been dropping a number of black skits, loses the edge, but I am glad to finally find out black people think Monique is ugly looking too.

For some reason, I think they should have Sean Connery on every Jeopardy skit

I thought the best part was Louie's monologue.

He actually was good. Just did stand-up. No stupid song & dance. No awkward bit w/ a cast member. But it still was no Dyke & Fats.

SNL is still pretty good.

It's always sucked for the most part but the Phil Hartman era is easily the best. He and Norm Macdonald are the best thing to ever happen to SNL. The Chevy Chase era was meh at best.

I think it's as good now as it ever was... average.

Watch some of the stuff from the early 90's/late 80's... unfrozen caveman lawyer, anal-retentive chef, etc. Much better than the dreck they're pushing out nowadays.

I have. I just don't see the difference. Matter of personal taste, I guess.

the monologue stand up was fantastic. god as a single dad was fabulous.

Can't comment on the rest of the show because I never watch snl, but I did see his monologue and liked it also.
