I am not a golf guy, so I ask this. What should the winner shoot? I know the US open goes around par. How bout the Masters?

Par is 72. -5 to -8, where the leaders are at now. Bubba just had a drive of 366 yards.

#16 at Augusta is one of my favorite venues in sports.

WAY under-rated hole.

A win for the ages. Not quite. What is that. 6 wins for lefties in the last 12, 15 years? Lefties rule Augusta.

6 in the last 12 years, after none in the first 66 years. Lefties do not rule Augusta. Jack has as many wins as every single lefty ever.

If I'm left handed in certain aspects of my life, but not golf, can I still celebrate this great accomplishment?

Only if you pull the goalie left handed.

I think Bubba should thank his lucky stars that he somehow has 1 green jacket. He'll never win another imo, he's turning into a bit of an overrated bum. Easily the most unlikeable player on tour for the way he treats his caddy as well as his recent withdraw for fucking allergies.

I wouldn't touch Snedeker until he proves he can putt again.

He was anything but unlikeable yesterday. Him and Spieth were chatting and joking around early on, he said all the right things after he won, and his celebration was full of class and emotion.

Sure he might be a jerk at certain times after bad shots, but every single pro golfer does the same thing. Great tournament, and a great winner.

yea, its easy to look good when you're winning. On Saturday when he was missing putts he was back to his old self yelling at his caddy for every missed putt.

He definitely deserved to win, played great yesterday when he could've easily packed up the tent after Spieth sank that shot out of the sand.

I think there was a Bubba Watson thread but I can't find it. This is another reason why I am continuing to really dislike this guy:

Bubba is a jerkoff, but I am not going to give him crap for this. But, he did yell at his caddy again this week. That got lost in all of the Tiger and Rory storylines.

I was OK with it (not great but I could kind of understand it) until he said he's going to be hitting driver every day anyway. That's just being a tool.

So he is going to hit a driver on this hole every round(except today because he wanted to be a as) on this hole and he is so concerned with his practice round, that he can't even do something for charity.

That last sentence was pretty douchey. Alright, you guys have convinced me.

Bubba = DOUCHEBAG of the highest order. I hope he misses the cut.

I used to like him and deep down I believe he is a good dude, but there are times he just can't get it right. I know he does tons of stuff for charities, but he needs somebody to go along with him and show him the way at times.

Yeah I don't get it. He goes back to his hometown after winning the Masters and gives out 5 figure checks to his childhood schools and golf course while crying, then turns around and does something like this.

The yelling at the caddie thing, who gives a shit.
