The March radio ratings were released last week.

670 The Score got a 2.0
ESPN 1000 a 1.7.
The Game 87.7 a .3

WMVP closing the gap to within .03 of The Score will give Mitch the runs. I'm hoping that ESPN 1000 passes WSCR in the ratings so that Mitch might awake from his slumber to shake things up.

That would be a .3 gap between 670 and 1000, not a .03 gap.

You do this every time the ratings are released. The Score is winning again, so why are you so hell bent on seeing Mitch fire some Joos?

Diversity is not the key to a successful niche radio station. A vague semblance of 'variety" maybe, but not "Talkin' Bulls with a Gay Puerto Rican" diversity.

Diversity is key.

SCR needs to:

A. Have at least ONE(1) full-time female host;

B. Have at least ONE (1) full-time high profile local ex-jock host;

C. Have at least ONE (1) full-time Hispanic Host. Why is there not one employed now?

D. Have at least one professionally-trained comedian on staff, either as a show host or writer.

Until they complete these four things, the station will be a lacking, minor league outfit.

I don't agree with you at all, because I could have a female, boring, exjock who is a female comedian. His name is Pat Tomasulo. For the record, this guy steals peoples bits everywhere

The numbers in the men 25-54 and 18-34demo are what really matters in the ratings.

Do they publish the ratings for morning and afternoon drive? I'd be curious to see those. They used to be in the newspaper every quarter.

Edit: Found this but I'd like to see the whole list.

For the December period ratings for Men 25-54, the ratings looked like this:
Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-Midnight -- WSCR-AM #6 with a 4.4; WMVP-AM #7 with a 4.1
Weekdays 6:00am-10:00am -- WSCR-AM #3 with a 5.3; WMVP #4 with a 5.0
Weekdays 10:00am-3:00pm -- WMVP-AM #4 with a 4.9; WSCR-AM #7 with a 3.9
Weekdays 3:00pm-7:00pm -- WSCR-AM #2 with a 5.0; WMVP-AM #4 with a 4.7

In the total number of listeners, WMVP-AM has taken the lead over WSCR-AM. In the December ratings period for Men 25-54, it was...
Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-Midnight -- WMVP-AM 305,400; WSCR-AM 265,900
Monday-Sunday Prime Hours (6:00am-7:00pm) -- WMVP-AM 258,900; WSCR-AM 217,800

For the 2013 Fall Book ratings period for Men 25-54, the ratings looked like this:
Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-Midnight -- WSCR-AM #6 with a 4.4; WMVP-AM #7 with a 4.1
Mornings -- WSCR-AM #3 with a 5.5; WMVP #4 with a 4.7
Middays -- WMVP-AM #5 with a 4.3; WSCR-AM #8 with a 3.8
Afternoons -- WSCR-AM #1 with a 5.1; WMVP-AM #8 with a 4.0

In the total number of listeners for the 2013 Fall Book ratings period for Men 25-54, WMVP-AM has also taken the lead over WSCR-AM. The comparison looked like this:
Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-Midnight -- WMVP-AM 284,200; WSCR-AM 256,600

Because The Score has become tired and stale. Berns, Meatpants, Hanley, Larry and Les are all Terrible. It's time for some new blood.

I said all along it was merely a question of when Waddly & Silvy would get higher ratings than B&B, not a question of if.

Congrats to W&S!

The Score can kill 4 of the diversity birds with one stone. Simply hire and ex WNBA women who is half hispanic, half black and a lesbian.

How is that higher ratings for W&S?

If you include 10 to 3 they get higher for a month? Thats not really a fair comparison.

Afternoons for the fall, the Score wins easily.

Just the Joos that are terrible at radio. Also, Larry & Hanley arent Joos.

I don't know about the diversity thing, but the station's preference for clones is getting worrisome.

You said that Mitch won't fire Joos (your actual words). Only bigots like yourself would come up with such an absurd premise.

That's not exactly what I said. Do you ever stop looking for a confrontation with me? You take this CSFMB business way too serious and way to literal. Your "I like the Joos and balcks more than you" is a tiresome waste of time and quite honestly is ignorant, intollerant, sterotypical, and immature.
Maybe you and I should only take about Jaspers?

That's an interesting take from a guy who repeatedly followed me around, to tell me that you didn't like what I posted (my music sucks, why am I posting so many pictures of tits, leave Chas alone, blah blah blah).

Yeah, let's make it about me.

How is it bigoted to acknowledge that Joo's take care of their fellow Man? I don't know what you do for a living, but I'm guessing that you don't interact with many Joo's on a regular basis. A largre percentage of my distributors & customers are owned by Joo's. I have done business with these guys for 30+ years & have become close friends with many of them & their Families. I know their Wives & Children. The fact that they are Jooish never enters my mind. It doesn't matter. We have lunch & dinner together regularly.
It isn't racist or bigoted to acknowledge that the Joo's take care of their own & hire each other & protect each other. If you know any Joo's they will tell you this. I don't blame them after what they went through. I would do the same thing.

I like the Joo's & the balcks more than you do!!!

Make sure that you bookmark this thread, because this CSFMB business is serious business!
