I totally expected them to lose as they lost after they loss Calathses. Also, on that note, I think it is weird that the NBA keeps players suspended while their appealed is being considered. What if it the appeal wins? How can they get those games back?

Well given that Memphis isn't exactly a young team on the rise anymore, I got to think the slow but sure first round exit is more writing on the wall than anything else.

Perfect kind of game for the Spurs. Got the W but still almost feels like a loss. Ellis and Dirk aren't both gonna have off games all series. Pop will make sure they have their shit together for game 2. Role players gotta step up more.
