No offense. Same ole story. I knew I should have been skeptical when FF and Nas picked them to make it to the ECF.

This game felt like the NBA wanted the Bulls to lose. The refs took the Bulls out of the game. What's funny is they FINALLY called obvious fouls with like 20 seconds left and the game already decided.

They sucked, but the Bulls have no scorers when it counts.

They couldn't get a stop on defense. I think that was the biggest issue. Augustin was bad on both ends of the floor.

If you can't match points when it counts, then you can't overcome bad defense and questionable refs.

Yes, defense was poor at the end too. They lost a lot of guys right around the rim. But it just feels helpless at the end of games when no one can get a clean look on offense. The defense will get better. The offense won't.

Bulls will win game 2 by 12+ points and hold Wizards under 80.

Hold on, I am still breaking down Noah's shot chart from Sunday.

1 shot from outside of 2 feet.

He is really amazing.

Great player, would love him on my team, but not fooling anyone of what he is outside of a high energy guy.

If I need to run my offense through him, my team isnt that good.

Actually, let me rephrase: it's Garpax's fault for creating a team that revolves around a player that is injury prone.

That's quite a bit of revisionist history there. When they gave him the big contract, he had probably missed a total of about 5 games in his career at that point. It's not like they handed out a max contract to a guy with a torn ACL.

Good point, if only the bulls had Luc yesterday they would have won

It was one game. If they lose the series, then yes Noah should and will get plenty of blame. He has to play better.

Amazing that a double double is considering missing during a game.

With that said, he has to play better D. Nene cannot continue to keep their butts.

Walt's not wrong though(for once). Noah isn't a role player anymore. He has set the bar higher for himself this year.

Here's some amazing shit from RealGM:
Quote:
Quote:
Going back to the '11-12 season, the number of made FGs by the Bulls in the 4thQ of playoff games (19) with 7 min or less:
5 FG - 2 times
4 FG - 5 times
3 FG - 8 times
2 FG - 1 time
1 FG - 3 times

I have no idea how this compares with others, but making 3 FGs or less in 12 of 19 playoff games seems awfully pathetic.

Lord that's a terrrifying stat. To cite the very first example I looked up, the Pacers had 8 FG in the last 7 minutes on Saturday. It took them one game this playoffs -- a game they lost -- to crush what the Bulls have done in any of the past 19 games.

And we're talking the Pacers. They're not even good at offense.

Traded by the Chicago Bulls with a 2007 2nd round draft pick (Demetris Nichols was later selected) to the Portland Trail Blazers for Viktor Khryapa and Tyrus Thomas.

I'm pretty sure he's trying to say something about LaMarcus Aldridge, but I have no idea what.
