He had 10 HRs thru April 30th, which is what his player of the month award was based on.

The question was not a trick. It was very clear. You were posting stats in which Rizzo had a higher number. I wanted you to extend that to see what your point was. That is it.

I keep waiting for Rizzo to fall off. He's had real god stretches before (not against lhp though)

Just noticed this now.

I don't get all riled up. I live for baseball talk. This stuff would be boring if it was all black and white.

The fact that intelligent baseball fans could disagree on things so severely is one of the things that makes the sport so great. There are so many factors at play.

I do think the advanced metrics have a place in the game. I also think its a very sad state of affairs when acase is agresssively made that a guy with 6hr and 16rbi is having a better season than a guy with 12hr and 35rbi. Its really quite pathetic
