I've come around on Harry...but Spike is terrible at radio. How was he ever a stand up comic? He doesn't show any personality or ability to be funny on the radio.

Agree.

Harry has picked up his game. Maybe realized a show of bad jokes is just bad. Throwing one in every once in awhile is OK.

Spike seems befuddled

These idiots called themselves the Crease Monkeys and thought calling the Detroit NHL team the Dead Wings was funny. Neither of them are.

And dbag #2 calls himself Spike. Spike. WTF?

I hate to admit it but I'm actually kind of enjoying the show. Well, enjoying might be overstating it some but Harry is not as bad as I remember and I used to listen to Dahl when Spike was on it. He never bothered me. There's something familiar about their show.

This station is going to work. I didn't really think so at first but there are too many big guns behind it. The Score really should be concerned.

I listened yesterday for about an hour starting around 5:15. It was pretty bad. It was Harry talking about some new "reality" TV shows that would be interesting. It was neither funny nor interesting. Spike pretty much said that about every show, and Harry would retort, "Yeah but the premise is pretty interesting." It was not good.

Better than Bulls pregame, but still not good.

i turned it off around 5 or so as well. they ran out of stuff to talk about. you gotta remember theyre on air at least twice that of any score host, with the advertising being low right now.

listen during the day and it sounds a lot different. they actually talk about the bulls, its great.

So I tuned into "Harry and Spike" this afternoon to check out the new station in town and it motivated me enough to create a username here....that's how one-sided I felt about this show/station so far..

The quality of the signal, for me at least, is excellent.

That's it.

This was a fucking joke. Between the dry humor, the enthusiastic "segments", Harry's constant "uhhh", and everything to do with "Spike"...not even a couple solid interviews will save these guys.

The production value is completely non-existent, but it's tough to compete with Chris Tannehill. That guy has talent and immediately elevated B&B.

If they can steal Mac, get rid of this lifeless Spike guy, do something with those 1-3 "talents"...a show consisting of Mac Harry and Finfer in the correct slot can win the midday...or even mornings. I'd call it "Wake, Bake and Ben" and I would listen.

The afternoon is owned by 670.

How can you "STEAL" someone who is begging? LOL
Hopefully, the new station lets the dead carcass die on the side of the road.

Yes, he elevated the quality of segment intros up from the "talk over a Kanye West beat" of Jason Goff, but the content has never been worse.

I heard Harry talk about working with Spike years ago, but had never actually heard them together until they got back together on "The Game". I think it's a pretty good pairing and am listening to them beginning at 3pm, rather than Silvy and Waddle. Waddle can no longer be tolerated for extended periods of time, so this show is a welcome option. Good to have options...

Harry is better & more tolerable than I expected him to be. Spike is just awful. No personality & he isn't at all engaging.

I feel like if you're going to go by "Spike" on the radio, then you need to be wild and zany. This makes two that have been just the opposite.

Today's "Jim Cornelison sings acapella karaoke to songs you suggest" should probably be filed in the "looks better on paper" category.

Harry was big time DRose apologizing today. " oh I don't think he's injury prone"
. 2 seasons lost to out of 4 . Seems to me that's injury prone.

Spike is one of those guys who does dreadful "corporate comedy." Perfect job for him because he has a captive audience. If anyone walks out they'll be written up by HR.

Not a good show. And Harry is the easiest listen of the three! Payton is a complete softball. I'll give him a bit of a pass since he's new to this gig but he sounds like a keynote speaker at some neighborhood ministry gathering. And Spike is the worst. A flat out zero. Can't even bring a famous last name to the marquee. He's an older Ben Finfer. Thinks he's funny, has nothing of substance to say, and appeals to no human demographic.

I agree, that Harry drives this show and is the easiest listen. He's much more at ease, knowing it's "his show". Spike is not a big contributor and Jarrett was a curious choice to fill out the team. He's inexperienced and not all that knowledgeable about sports other than Football and Soccer. But he seems willing to learn and he's trying. He may grow into the role over time.

And Jarrett Payton gets top billing of the three, too! This station is so silly.
