I think it is a little odd they would be busting these guys for underaged drinking unless they were
really, really drunk or doing something else to draw attention to themselves in a parking lot.

Underage drinking tickets are a big money maker down there.

The fact you can be 19 (though you can't consume alcohol :lol:) and get in bars down there is a huge money making scam for the police department.

I hadn't considered that and remember getting in and drinking down there under 21.
