The first four numbered titles remastered for Xbox One? I'm skepticle...I figured we would be getting, at best, a Halo 2 Anniversary edition (not that the game deserves one really, but it just seemed to line up perfectly, time wise)...if this is true, I can't wait to see how this thing is packaged, priced, etc.

My interest in the Master Chief Collection was starting to wane a bit (so much so that I was actually considering cancelling my planned vacation day for the launch)...

...sure, Halo 2's campaign was a disjointed and unfinished mess of a story, but it still elicits very fond memories, and these CG cutscenes look insanely good...so, back to hype mode.

The Forge looks fucking awesome. The whole thing looms amazing. Give it to me. Give it yo me HARD.

Just completed the Halo 2: Anniversary campaign...it had it's moments but the gameplay wasn't nearly as enjoyable as I remember it being 10 years ago...

...that being said, it's worth it just to see all the cut scenes in their polished CG glory...

...debating whether I run through one of the other campaigns, try to play some multiplayer, or go back to Destiny.

You grab that and you should grab Destiny...shoot things, loot things...if your not sure about it I can always let you borrow a copy for a bit to see if you dig it.

There's an One + Destiny package I think. I might pick that up.

Yeah, the Halo bundle you can get anywhere...if you never played Halo 1-3 it would be a good way to get caught up on all those...not sure what prices you are seeing on the different bundles.

I think below 400 with the 500gig hard drive.

Just checked because I was curious...Microsoft still has the Ones (including the MCC bundle) "on sale" for 350...not sure you'd be able to do any cheaper with the Destiny bundle you mentioned.

I might be wrong... I was just kinda glancing at the bundles when I was at Gamestop a few weeks ago.

Just a hunch...Microsoft can't do any official One bundle with Destiny since Sony gave Activision all teh monies...so I can't imagine a bundle that Gamestop is doing themselves not being at least a little more expensive...but I could be wrong.

Now I'm sure I was wrong.

Played thru quite a bit of the H2CE missions and even some with a friend helping.
Never played any halo games other than 4. So now some things are making sense.
Introducing the Flood? Fantastic. That was fun.
Damn I'm loving the One. Very cool. But I must say the dashboard sucks.
