I was also reminded of the Bulls game one win in 2011. That win was probably the highest most Bulls fans have felt since 1998, in emotional or even perhaps FavreFan-ian terms . It was, at least, for me. It's been tragically downhill from there in the most gut-wrenching of ways.

Yes, but I view that sort of tragically. You had this pleasant ride all the way to the ECF in 2011 on the back of a 23 year old MVP, a young Noah, Gibson, etc., and then out of nowhere you have two catastrophic injuries to Rose that puts this whole thing on pause. It sucks. Looking back, through no fault of the Bulls, 1-0 in 2011 over the new Miami superteam was the last time I felt so unreservedly high about this team and its future outlook.
