Bears 17-14.

Neither team tops 100 yards rushing. However, Rex has his best game of the season. Defensively, Tillman bottles up TO as this is the type of receiver he normally plays well.

Most of TO's catches as Eagle and Cowboy came on the "weak" side. Tillman normally lines up on the "strong" side. It would be interesting to see if and how they adjust their secondary setup if they decide to have Tillman blanketing TO.

sloppy game, turnovers, rex still sucks, hester has a good game (what new) and the D comes up big again sealing the game with an INT late.

I think Lovie will have Tillman check Owens no matter where he lines up. That's the better matchup. Peanut can handle Owens physical play better then Vasher.

I think they will use this strategy as well, but I doubt TO will get as rattled as Plexiglass Burress did last year for the Giants.

No. He won't. Burress is just tall. I'd hardly call him physical. He's kind of a pussy when he has to make tough catches over the middle.

I just hope I don't have to listen to a 3 hour Tony Romo love-fest. I hope the Bears come at him from all angles. He is fairly elusive, but the Bears will shut him down.

Don't hope, you're only going to be disappointed.

You might get a little of that from Madden. But Al Michaels is the best play by play guy in the NFL. He has even made Tubby sound a little better the last few years.

I think this game is like the game last year versus St. Louis where the rumor was out that Griese may come in for Rex. As we know, Rex played well and the Bear kicked ass.

I think Rex will step up to the challenge and play a good game and end with a QB rating of 90+.

.....Or he'll suck and they'll lose.

Lay off the crack pipe son. I don't know what's worse; Your blind faith in make-believe blowout wins for the Bears or the fact you will create three or four more threads that will have the exact same topic discussed:

Grossman is not in jeopordy yet. Plus the coaches know it's Grossman or nothing this year anyway.

Michaels is the best. Tell me who's better. I like Michaels because if you listen closely he'll take some nice subtle shots.

He really knows the NFL. Alot of these CBS and FOX guys don't know shit. Michaels prepares for every game he does and it comes across.

Of course he's getting paid well to do so but you've listened to other guys do games. Alot of them don't know shit about the teams or the NFL. They just mail in their broadcast for 3 hours and go home.

Al Michaels is a megalomaniac. Give me the dulcet tones of a Kenny Albert or Ron Pitts.

My Dear Internet Friends,
We have witnessed the Defense stoping two relatively potent offenses this year. I believe that we will see the Bears hold Dallas to 17 points, with a TD going to their Defense and also to Owens. Add a FG.
The Bear offense will sputter. I see a rushing TD from Benson on a long run, over 25 yards. I see a defensive TD. I see two field goals. I have no faith in Mr. Grossman. I see three INT and one of them returned for that aforermentioned TD.

I believe you will see a change in QB during this game.

My nurses are calling me back to my room. It must be sponge bath time (wooo wooo wooo).

I pick Bears 20-17.

Your Dear Internet Friend,
Evil J.A.C.K.
PS, I am not the man I used to be.

Dallas manages to fluster Grossman with the blitz and the Bears' offense thus has difficulty scoring points, unlike the defense and special teams. The Bears defense is not as dominant as people think, though, and Dallas proves it here.

Dallas 23
Bears 17

Tall Midget, your brain is attached. Lot of losers out there in this world. You Tall Midget are a winner. The Bears are not this week.

Cowboys 20
Bears 3

Is Mr. Woodcock a Boilermaker Rick alias?

I've finally arrived. I have been accused of having a secret alias. I won't believe that I am Mr. Woodcock until Keeping Score tells me that I am.

that wasnt his rep before last year when he was injured. Hes still a top 3 WR in the league IMO. Tillman will matchup well against him, but I dont think he will get rattled.

Cowboys 24
Bears 13

Even Grossman cant make that D look good. I really dont know which way to go on this, I found all the games to be a bit difficult in week 3 to pick against the spread. I would say that the Bears are going to find a way to win, I dont think the Cowboys will score more than 20 and the D and special teams does enough to win with a score somewhere around 17-16.

Better question is how bad do you think the Pack loses. But I guess this is the wrong thread for that.

tmurf, good score prediction. A couple more stars next to your name on the poster board and we can make a winner out of you yet.

See thats what I mean when I say you always get into an anti-packer commentary before the second or third page of any football thread. They are playing a very pissed off superior SD team. Im scared this week. Im just glad the titans are not playing at the same time and are on MNF because they are my new adopted team when the Packers arent on. I hated not being able to see the whole Colts/Titans game.

Go figure. tmurf was the culprit.

I'm looking forward to that Bears @ Packers game down the road. It should be one hell of a football game.

I just like bustin your balls. If I were on a Wisconsin sports fan chat board I would probably get the same. I'll try to stop but I don't know if I can. It's in my nature. I have always had Packers fans around me that I argued with.
