Thank god the regular season is starting. I was bored of these preseason matchups. Why are they playing the same team so many times? Kinda boring if you ask me.

i'll never forget how on the first night of the eventual 2010 stanley cup playoffs haul i was at a reverend bob levy standup comedy show and out of nowhere in the middle of random bar conversation/s i got SHUSHed by some soccer mom in a KANERRRRRR jersey evidently right next to me (i hadn't noticed her previously) as the first puck drop of the hawks' 2010 playoffs went down.

naturally i didn't say it, but the resulting glare she got was the most "bitch please" i could muster in a single look.

but hey you gotta give the hawks credit cuz they got that market locked loaded and cash-flowing.
