I'm trying to figure out which body type pictured I would be most likely associated with before making fun of the others.

The slumlord who wins free breakfast and rates it.

You could do a lot of healing by treating a certain full figured board member to some free pancakes.

Uh, unfortunately, you're going to have to be a whole lot more specific in regards to full figured board members...

That's a pretty fair representation of Spiegs. I had always seen him in the past, behind a table at a remote, where a table curtain blocked the view of him to some degree. Seeing him walking around, I felt tile he was at least 150 pounds heavier than I had thought previously. He's got to be 350 or more. Maybe 4 spins.

We know somebody that did the gastric bypass and then gained all the weight back. It's some crazy shit.

So, Biggie, slip a pair of them golf shoes into your bag somewhere (golf bag, not head bag). Will preclude buying a new pair every outing. A glove is one thing, but shoes?

I hear Spanky was there, Boers was going on and on about the guy that had a bottle of whine for Bernsie, and how gigantic his head was!!

I had a friend do it and go from Meat size to Me size about 190. I know it works but not sure how it comes back with such a small stomach left.

You still have to eat less and better and work out more.

The funny thing is that for a lot of people the lap band surgery is simply a catalyst for doing things they could have otherwise done without it. It's like wanting to save money so you cut up all your credit cards. It will probably be effective, but so would other less extreme measures.

It works for some, but others just end up back to their same habits, and eventually gain the weight back.

Someone once told me not to cut up your cards but to freeze them in a block of ice.
You can still get it and having it frozen means less likely impulse purchases.
I've never myself needed to do this but perhaps it can work. Seems to make some sense.

I suppose there might be something to that if one didn't have access to a microwave or a pot of boiling water ....

The funny and mostly pathetic thing is that it isn't healthy, you're aimply statving yourself by virtue of having a surgery sone to make your stomach smaller, if you eat too much you throw up.

More pathetic ia those that have the surgery done and gain all the weight+more back.

And there is the procedure/regime that prvents your body from absorbing fats and other nutrients. Eat too much and you can and you ahit yourself.

Sad state of affairs.

And she's not attractive at any weight so...really no point.

You're not supposed to lose more than 2lbs a week right?

I think its more like 3-5lbs a week. But that is for, say, somebody like me who wanted to go from ~220 down to 190. When you're 5 spins and you're trying to get down to 200, you have a lot more to lose so you can end up dropping 10-20lbs in a week.
