If you were paying attention you'd know Rizzo is on a pretty significant slump over the last week or so. Ever since 5/8.

I was too busy gearing up the celebration of the 1930s to notice this past week.

Rizzo has been really fucking up in the field recently. Just this series he launched a ball into the outfield in a rundown and dropped a pickoff throw from Wood that would've nabbed Segura. I think it was during the Cardinals series he dropped a bad throw from Castro but the play should've been made.

Both Chicago teams are in a competition to see who can outshitty each other in the field.

You Abreu bater. Did you make it home alright last night? My brother was worried about you. Maybe we'll see you tomorrow. I should have a decent sized crew at my house.

Yeah - you guys had all bounced when I got done peeing. Was only gone a minute.

It hit me more once I actually got home... (I couldn't remember if I paid my bill! :P I did.) but nothing a good amount of sleep couldn't cure.

I think I'm over at a buddy's for tomorrow's game but who knows the way those plans seem to constantly change.

Good time last night though.

Those fools ran off to Bulldogs. There's a cute chick that always serves them at Bulldogs. They hang out there all the time. I went home. We had two games in Rockford today. I am on the deck drinking......feels good.

I'm going to need to make an Ikea trip soon to outfit my balcony. Right now I've only chilled out there in one of those fold up lawn chairs with the attached foot rest.

He's in the SchaumBURG. PittsBURG might overwhelm his senses. He should take pride in keeping up with my alcoholic friend Ted last night. They did shots at every turn.

IMU, I found out today, that the guy who bought us all those shots was the ex-husband of Ted's ex-girlfriend. It's like a trailer park love triangle. You should have seen his ex-girlfriends tits. They were fantastic.

I'm back in Arlington Heights.

I was wondering why that dude bought them all... he knew Ted it was obvious but reasoning was not. Except Go Hawks and all.

Denis I hope you all will not be "pacing" yourself for Vegas. We are planning to hit it hard. Hotel res made.

I guess it was a little thank you for taking away his ex-wife or pure sympathy for knowing what he is going through in hanging with his ex-wife. In either case, Ted was in his glory. He'll be over tomorrow night. Another Conant grad. Class of '93 in his case, and he went to the same elementary school as my wife. I learned that today.

I am an absolute lush. You won't be disappointed. When driving (meaning like last night), I have to be careful. When on the road, I go full tilt. However, I am a baby for sleep, so I often retire on the early side. I get up when the sun comes up.

As for the Vegas portion of the trip, it's old hat for me. I go twice a year, so it's not like I need to burn it up every night. I just like hanging with my friends. We've been doing this trip for 13 years. The sports book and pool are more attractive options now than the 24 hour hold 'em sessions.

'Let's not even compare these two' difference (aka the Jackson-Trout difference): .151 and up OPS

Abreu; 17HR, 47RBI, 31R, .265avg, .315OBP, .934 OPS (46 games)
Rizzo; 10HR, 28RBI, 33R, .267avg, .398 OBP, .755 OPS (53 games)

Abreu is plus .179 in OPS, so now its not even "far superior" its 'Let's not even compare these two' difference.

Steve Stone appears to be 100% on the money so far, bigfan.

Nope.

It is as quiet of a 30HR as you will see, but 30 is 30.

Please explain how copy pasting stats from baseballreference.com is lies.

You are so smart! S-M-R-T!

He didn't have 11 HRs on Wednesday when the stats were posted. Perhaps you should take the rest of the day off. You are not off to a real good start here this morning.

So you admit you lied about 10 HR's?
