Right at the end Grimace felt cornered and picked on so he was grasping at anything he could lash out at Bernstein with so he tried to mock him about not betting and the $5 pool thing and tie it into what will happen with Lebron

It reeked of desperation and you could tell what lurks right beneath the surface of a Grimace ready to boil over if enough heat is applied.

I don't get what his deal is. With Mac gone I would have figured he'd be excited to take the reigns once and for all or at least snuggle up to Bernsie to make sure he had a powerful ally at the station. Instead, Mac leaving seems to have him as insecure as ever. The guy is getting weirdly defensive, he's off all the time now, and he's formed a deep abiding love for the devil drink. Sounds familiar.

Theory: Epstein , a much smarter, smoother, and better educated Jew, hurt Grimace's feelings when he mocked the Gwynn question. That in turn forced Grimace to eat 4-7,000 calories worth of processed food during breaks, which guilt made him nasty during tranny.
