Flew this morning. My wife didn't dry clean my coats, so I went coatless this time. I could sense the dirty looks the entire ride.

I would also like to add that, while the person in front of me did not recline, the person in front of my neighbor did, and it CLEARLY would have touched my knees had I been sitting there. I was going to take a picture to show Rick, but I didn't want to look anymore like a savage than I already did.

I was in the same hotel as the Road to the Majority conference. It's always interesting trying to explain to your children why they shouldn't go near the adult man dressed in the William Wallace costume.

Walking around the UVa campus and they must have had some prospective student event going on. If you have ever seen the campus, they have an amazingly beautiful quad designed by Thomas Jefferson himself. It is basically a huge rectangular space bordered on the long sides by one story dorm that look like colonial townhouses and on the short side by two school buildings that are patterned after Monticello. So this quad is perfectly framed with only a couple of points of access. One of the points is in front of the liberal arts and sciences building, which is where the prospective students congregated. A large African American gentleman with his shorts over his face came streaking from the access point on one side to the other, stopping to yell at the students on his way across.

I saw the guy walking around about 20 minutes before he did it. He said "Hi" and was kind of laughing to himself.
