Another government witch hunt just like they did with that old broad who cooks on TV. A friend says "Hey,I heard some things....SALE/BUY this" and it's a crime? I'm not exactly a supporter of multi-millionares but I don't like witch hunts either.

Even if Icahn did leak information about his plans regarding Clorox, it may not necessarily have violated the law. Insider trading regulations prohibit trading based on material, nonpublic information obtained from someone who breached a fiduciary or confidentiality duty by disclosing it.

As a non-board member, Icahn owed no duty to Clorox shareholders. It is possible, though by no means definite, that Icahn owed a confidentiality duty to his own shareholders.

So the active investor, who is bound by way more SEC rules than you or I, is friends with the known professional gambler, who he has been giving info to and Phil is the guy being investigated???

The country almost goes down the tubes becuase of the banks and the only arrests made are so retail level mortgage brokers, meanwhile the banks get a $1 trill loan!
