It is pretty telling that THE GAME throws more money at Hog than the Score was paying him. Cuz obviously that's the only reason he would leave. He's doing the same thing.

I guess it tells you about the Score. It's all about their 3 day shows. They get paid. Everybody else doesn't. They don't give a shit who leaves. They'll just give drinky some part time updates, make Goff an NBA expert and always go on the cheap to surround their 3 shows.

I am listening to Hood now. Goos night time while Bernsie's ratings suckers are on. Earlier Fred was doing updates. Geez I would like him back at score than Drinky and Keary.

A four page thread for Hoge. His Q rating is rising faster than Beardown reading the latest Bernsie Tweet.

Harry still kind of looks like Ann B. Davis.
Hoge looks normal, but has apparently copied Ed Grimley's hair style.
Jarrett looks normal.
Spike looks....special.

That's the reason why I don't believe Holmes is making all of this money that everyone is claiming, at least not from The Score he isn't.

Maybe Hoge just wanted respect and not deal with Bernsie?

Do you ever look at a photograph and know exactly what that moment in time smells like? A little mildew, a little Axe, some solvents...

Is that a signed picture of Dan Mc Neil hanging up in the top left hand corner?

Was that ever sent to him, and if so, what did he say?

There's been a lot of bashing of 87.7's hosts. It got me thinking, are there really any good daily hosts in this city? It seems like there is a fair amount of hatred for almost every host. Personally, I like Mac and Spiegs. I used to like Boers a lot, but he is just too lazy and in a bad pairing for me. I think the guys paired up with Finfer are ok. The rest of the landscape is pretty weak, and I find myself avoiding them.

I've never had any contact with any Score personalities outside of public message board posts. I know someone else made Leery aware of the Bingo card, though.

I believe Doug let Larry know. And I'm pretty sure Hoge has been on the board to see it, even if he were to admit he's not on the board.

Many of us are critical of many of the radio guys in Chicago...but to be fair, sports talk radio in Chicago is a whole hell of a lot better compared to most other cities. I travel frequently to St. Louis, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Cincy, Indy, KC, & Detroit & the talk radio in those cities is just awful.

you haven't heard bad until you've listened to Albuquerque sports talk

South Florida sports talk is surprisingly listenable.

the talent of the score's farm system is similar to the white sox farm system.... a bunch of 30 year old right handers who throw 89-90 with no real future.

Didn't know Hoge left, that's great news. Now if they could get ZZ, Holmes, Bowen, Porky, Rozner, and Mully to leave they would really be doing something.
