So yesterdays show thread has zero replies and Someguy didn't bother to make one today. Has everyone given up on the show with Mac's departure? Was yesterday just a particularly bad show? Is it possible that "fat guy eats food" is bad radio?

I would much rather hear the guys play around with the food taste tests than some jabber about the World Cup. While I agree that it certainly is not at all substantive as far as sports go, it's a nice and somewhat comical break from it all. That's what turned me on to MAC and the Score in the first place.

And I would rather get stabbed than shot. The lesser of two evils isn't a ratings grabber. I enjoy bits that aren't strictly sports-related as well, especially during this part of the sports season, but those bits only work if they're actually entertaining. Listening to a person eat something is about as stimulating as smelling a person painting a picture. It's pretty clear from the other posts that this bit makes people PTFB.
