Speaking of racing integrity......

Did you happen to catch the Indy Car race in Houston today? OMFG.......that was a joke. Shout-out to Plainfield's own Dale Coyne racing on the big win though....

I did not. Even had to listen to Indy 500 due to work.

What happen at Houston?

Poured rain before race. Shortened to a "timed race".
Track was wet the entire time, but teams were basically forced to race on slicks for about 1/2 the time, even in the water. You can imagine how that worked.

In addition to a questionable black flag on a car trying to stay on the lead lap (blocking the leader)......then they wanted to go green with 1 lap left, and Graham takes out Kanaan on the last turn before the green....because.....wait for it......the damn track was wet.

All-Colombia podium finish. :o

Newman, Kyle Busch, Dale Jr. Top 5. Gonna take a bad restart to catch the Penske File drivers.

I like the new style Indy cars. Just haven't been able to catch as much tb time as I have wanted this racing season.

That is a brutal finish and race. Why wouldnt they delay it until conditions were good for racing?

Because Indy Car.
That's the downside to scheduling 2 identical races on the same course 2 days in a row.

It was comical

Green flag stops underway. Caution for Almirola crashing again.

I dont get the Duel races. Is the first one a sprint race? Or two races of the same distance? How is the running order determined for the second race?

Interesting......prior to the caution, Brad was most worried about Harvick.

Harvick was running 7th

Paul Menard takes Gallipoli Goodyear Racing Eagles and wins the race off of pit road.

2 identical length distances/races (scheduled) on the same track. Today's was shortened to a timed race though.

I actually like the timed races - more like F1. If you wreck and you aren't critically hurt, get your shit off the track and let's keep racing.

Good wreck between Sato and the Russian kid today too. AJ Foyt said something like "too many god damned morons on this circuit" on live TV too.  8)

He just needs to be leading at the end of the race to win. :eye:

Clean air could make Harvick catch the leaders.

23 to go. Kese reeling in Kyle Busch. Dont expect Kyle to let him by. Logano saying he's blow'd up, wonder if he will bring out the late caution....

New leader, Brad Keselowski. Only a yellow flag will stop him now.
