Not all of us could get into the elite Catholic schools. Like St. Ignatius. And Gordon Tech.

I bet they didn't teach you and Spada how to weld jewelery or do an oil change at Fenwick. You better stop now before I crack you over the head with my T-square.

Not all Catholic education is created equal.

Have you read the works of a panther?

You were never taught how to treat a damn proper pronoun, I see.

Pronouns are pronouns. They are never proper nouns, unless Seacrest is talking referring to Jesus as He.

Poor Darkside is the leader of a well-regulated militia and all he got was a bag of Skittles.

Reading thru this thread, it would seem Panther was being a nice guy until he was provoked into going, well, Panther.
I'm usually on the other side of this but he was kinda... provoked?

Also, some guy named sparky, who appears to be very uninteresting, seemed to set him off.

So what if he was? Panther trashes threads all the time. I'm sorry if the one time he thought he could show off that people remembered his other posts.

there is case law precedence for private enforcement of public building ordinances when the government refuses to do so AND you can get attorney's fees

I think the part of requesting enforcement would be a better place to start, also no building violations have been noted. Just a poorly kept building.

That was a compliment, as I had assumed that you were operating on the most up-to-date information that had been positively re-verified, of course!

Lexis asks dolphin for updates.

No doubt.

Last time I saw this invoked was a couple of contractors living next to each other whose wives were bad drunks with nothing to do but stare at each other's houses all day. Still, it worked. It's a real community building event.

There are building code violations. I wasn't saying it just because the house isn't kept up. It is literally dangerous. I'm not done doing research yet, but I've noted the following after looking at the local code:

Railing on the front porch has fallen off and the steps going up the porch look rotted and broken.
The gutters and downspouts aren't draining properly, as there are visible leaves and sticks clogging them up. Two of the lower parts of the downspouts are actually detached.
There are bags of garbage sitting on one side of the house. Not sure what is in them, but appears to be garbage.
There is an old aluminum boat on a trailer parked partially in a driveway next to the detached garage and partially in the yard.
The grass was in excess of 1 foot until they came and mowed it.

It's not just "bad" maintenance. There are definitely code violations; I just have to make a comprehensive list.

 That's why I mentioned the "non-neighborhoods" earlier. There are no subdivisions out here. There are beautiful, upscale properties next to average properties or even properties like this one. It's kind of a hodge podge everywhere out here, and the houses are typically all older. I definitely don't live in a rich area, but it's pretty nice, and this house sticks out like a sore thumb. That's why I'm also amazed no one else has complained.

Did you really move to CT or is your home in Ford Heights?
