That would be accurate.

Tommy John gives you a new arm basically. You can always re-injure it with bad mechanics, but the initial problem is gone for good 95% of the time.

I can't see how his wife could have an issue with him finishing out his career in Chicago so he can win a title. It shouldn't change what she is doing. I still think he is coming and I still think the Bulls already know a sign and trade will get it done or a under the table handshake that the Bulls will extend him in 3 years.

If Boozer is in a Bulls uniform next season I will explode.

Don't see an issue. They will probably want Mirotic and picks and probably want the Bulls to take back a bad contract. It's a lot to give up but I think it is something the Bulls would do.
