Mitch has made bad move after bad move. He lets Boers & Bernstein treat callers like garbage, put Bob from Niles on who obviously has a disability, let's Spiegel & McNeil take excessive days off, and allows Lawrence Holmes to continue to fail with shows,

Mitch sees me at the golf outing and yells my name out across the room comes over and acts surprised I'm there.

At the outing he saw I was bidding on a Konerko signed jersey and bid on it then left. It was classless.

Also at the outing I donated ceramic tumblers to be given out in goodie bags and the promotions people didn't bring them. Instead they put plastic Score ones in the bags. I paid for the right to sponsor the outing and they asked for a giveaway and they don't. Bring the items.

They sent them out a month later.

Did you win the Konerko jersey?

I agree with your first part - Mitch is letting the inmates run the asylum it seems. And every time I've met him, he's a sweaty, nervous, "please like me...please?" kind of guy.

But how is this sentence classless? I feel like I'm missing something.

Mac has described Mitch as a very nervous person. Not good socially. The type of guy that always likes to leave early.

Bernstein once said of Mitch something like "Mitch is the type to ask you how you're doing and when you look up to answer he's already 20 feet away from you ducking into his office."

I've heard him on the air a few times and I can understand why they describe him in such a way.

Oh yeah, bernstein is who we should take social cues from, like he knows what is going on.

Spank, spaeda thinks Mitch outbid him to be a dick. He might be right.

True. A lot of people at the Score strike me as socially awkward people.

What did Mitch do wrong in that auction, Spada? Didn't quite get what you were saying.

The "big guys" are supposed to win/over-bid at their own charity fund raisers.

Mitch doesn't know that, neither does bernstein.

Goff isn't very good at radio. He might be better than what they have but still not good.

I think Goff can be okay if he learned something from his southern sojourn. He needs to separate himself from bernstein and just be who he is- Jason from Evanston, a kid who loves sports.

 That's hilarious.

It is one of these things:
1) You think he did it to spite you.
2) You think he shouldn't be bidding for something he wants because you want it.

Either way, it's very funny.

I think he's saying he did it to spite him and he shouldn't be bidding on the auction items at his own company's event and then leaving.

It seems like Spada was a sponsor of the event. He and Mitch should have slugged it out for the jersey and then re-submitted it to be auctioned off again.

He obviously bid to raise the price for Spada.
He then left so he didn't have to bid again if Spada upped his offer.
He didn't want the item, he just wanted Spada to pay more for it.
