If you have eaten seafood from Costco, too late.

I havent had costco food in maybe 3 years. Everything they make has a funky taste. The beef is tinny, the salmon has red dye, the shrimp are from Korea and I just dont like my chicken packaged from the same company that makes underwear, jeans and couches.

But when it is served to you on a stand with ice and someone bags it for you, then it seems much more fresh.
