I think its probably some old world recipe that his my screwed up but made him eat in his youth. Gefilte or some crap like that.

Sunflower seeds for me. Started eating them as a kid because I wanted baseball players ate them.

David's were my go to seed, but I swear there is some crack in the Frito Lay brand.

I just always have to remind myself to drink plenty of water, because all of that salt will dry out your insides, leaving you on the commode in tears. :cry:
