Oatmeal.

That is what this show is right now. Who is even in studio? Mac is out taking his 13 consecutive month of vacation and that leaves us with a bowl of plain rice cereal behind the mic. But let us be honest, if Mac were back it probably wouldn't be any better because he would be pouting about not getting 1 million dollar contracts, 9 months of vacation and a Rolls Royce.

Whatever.

Listen or Do Not.

Sports radio is dying a slow death in my life. It is sad. I don't even have the slightest urge to
listen to Meat and whoever is on the meat turnstyle today. maybe that is part of the problem.
There is no chemistry during the show because he works with 3 different co-hosts a week. I
can't believe they stooped to putting Peggy K in there for 3 days. That was gun in mouth radio.

I'll put the gun down for now but I am keeping a bullet in my pocket. Off to Pandora and YouTube for music I guess.

Is it really better? Football season radio hasn't changed in 20 years, maybe longer. It's the same show every damn day across every station.

I'm with T-Bone, it's dying in my life. Wilting like a dying flower in the Auna gaze.

NFL/college lets you be more meatball. Better calls, more disagreements, different interpretations.

I'm not really interested in "around the NBA/NHL/MLB". Around the NFL is a good listen.

Gambling on football is the best.

Answer or do not.

Start another thread to tell us how much it's dying in your life.

Remember when JimmyPasta first started posting here and signed his posts

"Thanks for reading,

as if people were specifically seeking them out rather than simply encountering them as they read the rest of the thread?

I can't do Jim Miller and his voice. Not radio friendly.

Give him a ball gag. That should let you finish up.

Not a bad show today, there is some truth to what Kirkwood said about football talk....I guess.

It was a bit refreshing, but you can keep the "March in Lockstep with Michael Sam or you hate gays and want to put them in the gas chamber" talk.

Good to see Jim Miller not shying away from his past comments and telling people to shut the fuck up

It will be interesting to hear if Danny has the balls to say anything to him in tranny (no pun intended).
