I cannot agree with you more. I don't see Rivera being the kind of coach who can keep that locker room (and goofy management) in lockstep.

I don't think that would be Spany's best look, but that is just my opinion.

season win totals
Bears over 8.5 (-145)
Carolina under 8.5 (-150)
Kansas City under 8.5 (-145)
Miami under 8 (-145)
NY Giants over 8 (-120)
Pittsburgh over 8.5 (-150)

Adding Carolina under. They were extremely lucky to win 11 last year. A case could be made that they should have won 7 or 8, if not for tons of breaks going their way (No pass interference on Gronkowski). As we have seen in the NFL, those breaks tend to go against you the next year (see: Bears health in 2012 vs. 2013). They lost their top three receivers, and have a brutal schedule. The Saints are still strong, and ATL and TAM have improved.

@Tampa
Detroit
Pittsburgh
@Baltimore
Chicago
@Cincinnati
@Green Bay
Seattle
New Orleans
@Philadelphia
Atlanta
BYE
@Minnesota
@New Orleans
Tampa
Cleveland
@Atlanta

I don't see how they get to nine wins with that schedule.

I'm sorry. Didn't see this thread. I'll post mine here so we can just pull this one up at the end of the year to see how we did.

I've been like 70% at this over the last 5 years.

Bears OVER 8.5 -145 L

Cowboys UNDER 7.5 -175 L

Eagles OVER 9 -140 W

Ravens OVER 8.5 -115 W

Will the Bears make the playoffs? YES. +155 L

Might as well review these. After years of being good at this, I was below .500 this season

2-3
