Thanks to the search function I was able to find what I was remembering.

I attempted for awhile to get mr. scorehead to agree to a signature bet that he would not agree to and he kept avoiding me

Now you are changing the argument. You & I never agreed on a bet. You declined my offer & I declined yours. No bet so nothing to welch on.

Correct. He lost a bet to me and it took him weeks to change his avatar.

Did I honor our bet or not? The loser had to change his avatar for 1 Month, which I did.

It's not the fact that you eventually did it it really comes back to the things you did leading up to it. After it took you weeks to do it you altered the picture and then made it as small as allowed. If you behave like this when it comes to an avatar wager no one in their right mind would ever trust you to honor a monetary wager.
