No, it's the newspaper ownership that blocks further television/radio acquisition. They're not allowed more than one newspaper, one TV station, and one radio station. That's why they had to sell WFMT long ago. So yes, this will allow Tribune Media to purchase an FM station. Let's see if anyone's selling.
