I don't doubt the Union deals had a part in chasing CES out of Chicago. But I used to dispaly at both of them, here and in Vegas, and naturally, everyone always preferred the January show in Vegas.

I do remember arguing with a guy who didn't want to let me carry a fucking potted plant into the booth myself.

This is crazy talk. Don Mattingly is a truer than true Yankee, despite his misfortune to be on some poor clubs. What was he supposed to do - win the World Series all by himself? Nobody could possibly do that.

Reggie Jackson is the most fake-Yankee of all time. I hated him from the very minute he arrived, and I am still hating him decades later.

That son of a bitch Reggie Jackson joined a club that had already won the American League the year prior. They were on the threshold of greatness and were going to win those titles with or without Mr. A-Oriole.

The only thing he stirred was my hatred for him. He came in like Mr. Bigshot, thinking he was going to take over the club, when everybody knew that it was Thurman Munson's club.

That bastard is an Oakland A-Baltimore Oriole-California Angel. Mr. Steinbrenner should have banned him from the Stadium for life when he finally left.
