Minus the Blackhawks because we don't want the poll to be unanimous.

Personally, I think the Bears may be most likely. Yay offense.

I'd like to say the Cubs though.

Cubs for the next 4 or 5, depending on how long Theo stays.

The Spurs or Thunder will win the title in Chicago if LBJ gets injured.

Hawks are clearly the closest.
Bears well if healthy maybe.
Bulls? Have a history of beating the Cavs.
Cubs? Maybe. Theo has done some good work
Sox. Not sure they have enough around sale a abrueu.
Skky. I know that Elena is good but I don't follow.
Fire? No clue at all.

Does anyone really think the Bears can beat the Seahawks or 49ers?

Cubs will be the next team; though, its going to be another 3-5 years before it happens.

I don't understand the White Sox votes. I'll need to bump the non trolling Sox thread to get my answer.

The answer should be the Cubs, but here is the case for the White Sox.

Sale and Abreu are a really good foundation. They just need to spend money in the offseason and they are a serious contender next year. They also need to fire Ventura and bring in a manager who knows the basics.

As of now, the Cubs don't have an established base like Sale and Abreu to build around. They may by this time next year though because they have a few people with that potential.

Agreed and throw in Eaton, Garcia, and Quintana and you have a nice base. With that kind of core you're only an off season away from competing for a title

The Bears have zero proximity to a title. Jay Cutler is a fuckin' loser.

Yes and yes, IMU.

If the Sox had a great bullpen this year, they might be ahead of Detroit.

If the Sox had just a decent bullpen this year, they would certainly be over .500 and within striking distance of Detroit. Now bullpens are a crapshoot from year to year for sure, but you get my point.

Abreu, Sale, Lindstrom, Nate Jones, Adam Eaton, Gordon Beckham were all Opening Day starters and have spent time on the DL this season.

The Cubs are hoping prospects come up and perform, and perform quite well. Maybe Baez hits 20 HRs this season. Maybe he only hits 5 more. We'll see what happens. The Sox core has guys with MLB track records.

We will see, I don't think the niners or hawks are That far ahead of the Bears... S.F. is minus Navarro Bowman this year..probably alton Smith too...n justin smith is gotta be washed up by now...how long can he keep producing like that.

the hawks offense isn't all that impressive n their defense is going to regress some....

The weakest link in our chain is unfortunately our QB.

If Flacco and Wilson can win a SB, Jay Cutler certainly can.

Wouldnt go that far. They need a better rotation if they're gonna compete for a title.

Cutler is probably better than the last two QB's to win a Super Bowl

Cutler is at least equal to Flacco if not better and certainly better than Wilson.

Leash made the proclamation that Cutler was the problem last year and now he'll defend it no matter what
