Aramis was my favorite player as a Cub and still follow him up here north of the border. He really improved
his fielding in a Cub uniform and could always hit the ball pretty well. The injuries have slowed him some
but is still a productive player. As much as I like him I don't see him getting further than the hall of pretty
damn good.

I wasn't around to see Boyer or Torre play...but I saw Ventura...I liked Robin, he was good...Ramirez is much better.

Based on what?

I would give Robin edge in fielding ..Aramis @ The plate...Aramis was an average third baseman with the glove...one of the best hitters in in baseball for years....lotts people liked to dog him in town, he was great when he was here...its not his fault the team sucked and was 12 games out by the end of May.

In many years it was at least partially his fault, and that tradition has continued with the brewers. http://www.chatsports.com/milwaukee-brewers/a/Aramis-Ramirezs-Annual-April-Funk-2-7433662 That's not to say I didn't enjoy watching him with the Cubs, just some months better than others.
