Got tickets from ESPN. Picked up Friday night and didn't realize had to be 21. Nephew was waiting for me so picked up. I got to game and was told to go to ticket office to get tickets switched. Went to ticket office at Gate 2 and was told to go to gate 10 to get different seats. They had problem with someone else and exchanged seats. On way to gate 10 ran into another person who told me that couldn't exchange tickets. Desmond Clark heard what was going on and said to go in with him. Person said couldn't do that. Ticket manager came and told me that had to buy tickets. I said didn't have credit card with me. I showed him I had $120 cash with me. A female employee offered a ticket for free but only had one and 6 year old nephew wouldn't be able to sit with me. I told him what assistant told me at Gate 2 and he walked me back to gate 2 and told employee he was wrong. He insisted I pay and I emptied my pockets to show him I had no credit card on me.
You start with free tickets but you can't use both. You want to exchange the freebies for something else and are told to go to the main office. Along the way you talk to at least two other people about what you want to do, and then Desmond Clark. The ticket manager says they don't swap out freebies. You said you don't have the money to buy a real ticket. They tried to "give" you another free ticket but you insisted you needed two.
After that you started dropping names as though you know the McCaskey's.
As others stated, you could have exchange your tickets with anyone else outside or gotten in at a reduced price (exchange the seats and buy a round or two of beer). I won't even get into the concept of going someplace without money and expecting to be accommodated.
Given your twitter reaction, McCaskey should have called you out for acting like a total dick.
