I don't know anything about fantasy football and even I think this has to be a new low for the Score's New Generation.

Fantasy Football talk is so pointless.

Everybody's league is different. Even if everybody had the same rules, number of teams, etc....it would be boring as hell.

I know there's undeniably an audience for it, but God help me if I want to hear people talk about it. Now I know how people who hate the Blackhawks feel.

I'm usually a fan of the Nerd Herd, but Adam is drunk today. Stuck in the 5 years ago "MUST take a RB mentality."

Harris said..."I'm a fantasy football expert who has never played with IDP's".

Then you aren't an expert.

 yep.

A caller asked about whether he had made good choices in his draft and he replied that he was an expert who had never played with individual defensive players

I'm starting to come around on the FF talk being absolutely awful. I don't mind the Sunday morning shows, since that makes sense. But it inevitably devolves into a circle jerk of callers just wanting to bring about their rosters.

Stupid and pointless on the radio and more stupid and pointless talking about it in person.

The one exception was Fantasy Football Island w/ Harry and Friends. It was a Sunday show for about an hour or so and actually gave you up to the minute injury reports, depth charts and X vs Y stuff as well.

Yep, and I actually called to FFI a few times. I called in with an IDP question once and.....GASP!.....Harry actually knew IDPs and gave advice on which CB to start.

Who is screening the calls?

You could at least fake it and not put an IDP question through to your expert who throws up his hands (literally) before the question is even over.

Does this sound like a station that has been around for over two decades or one that has been on their air for less than a year?

I'm becoming more and more of an ESPN guy as the days pass.

It was the perfect slot, because I could sleep through that shit. Fantasy football talk is brutal. It makes Who's Your Guy sound like Steve & Garry in their prime.

Sit em or bench em is still the best thing going today for FF talk.
