The hell with the Po'Boy, just get a bucket of chicken from there.

As good as that sounds, I really should try to draw a line in the sand somewhere Hawger.

Best thing Popeye's ever did was bringing back Mardi Gras Mustard. That's some good stuff.

C'mon Hawg, you know Popeye's doesn't put their chicken in buckets.

It doesn't matter to me what they put it in, that is some damn tasty chicken. Dammit, not I want Popeye's.

I would flip-flop Brown's and Church's, but you are pretty much spot-on here.

You forgot Harold's.

But I agree with your list.

Brown's can be really hit or miss. I've had it where its clearly been overcooked and thus is terrible, and I've had it be really good sometimes. Popeyes is very consistent and usually very, very good. When Brown's is done right I like that best, but I would not refuse a box/bucket from Popeye's.

KFC has good chicken strips, but thats about it.

There is an odd smell that permeates from Brown's Chicken. You can smell it across the street.

I've never had Popeye's, Church's or Browns. Not once.
I haven't had KFC in at least 20 years (at least).
I haven't had Harold's in.......at least 10-12 years.
I've had JJ's a few times in the last 10 years.

Tried the new Jalepeno Double burger from McDonalds. For $2 it is a decent sandwich although I have to
say that it doesn't look really appealing coming out of the package. The white cheddar cheese just looks
wrong on a burger. If you can get past that I recommend it. Not overly spicy but just something different
than the usual.

Tried 2 Arby's gyros for lunch. Pretty good size and quite a bit of meat. Turkey and roast beef
is a little different with the greek gyro sauce on it. Overall I was pleased because I didn't want
a greasy burger. 2 for $6 was probably equal to eating a good sized foot long sub.

I had the beef one a week or so ago. I don't know...it was fine, but it is no Beef n Cheddar. Probably won't get again.

The pita was surprisingly fresh.

I'm in total agreement with you. It was just ok overall. I have been seeing the commercials and wanted to try them. I liked the
roast beef better than the turkey. I have to go out of my way to hit an Arby's for lunch so it won't be happening again for these
things. My pitas were quite good as well. Not greasy which is exactly what I wanted.
