Well I had a new combination. Surprised it took them this long to do.
Ricobenes has taken their world famous Steak Sandwich to a pizza toppings.I was taken aback on how good it was, the only bad thing was they put a little to much meat on, the crunch of the green pepper was good with the steak.

The only 'different' pizza thing I can get behind is a taco pizza. Keep all of the steak sandwich, BBQ chicken, alfredo sauce etc.

I love a good Buffalo Chicken pizza on occasion.

I got an e-mail from Pizza Hut saying they're putting bacon in something. They didn't say where. The bacon insertion location will be known on August 30.

Alfredo sauce on a pizza, when done well, is a nice change of pace from the normal tomato sauce...

My guess is in the crust. Just what I want, greasy PH crust made even greasier by bacon being jammed in there. I love bacon, I LOVE it but damn when you are finding a way to add it to pizza (beyond the fact it can be a topping), then I think we can say that the bacon craze has jumped the SHARK.

You're complaining about too much bacon now?

occasionally we will make a pizza with carmelized onion marmalade, blue cheese, and pecans. That is pretty good.

  No. Just saying that just because it's delicious doesnt mean we need to add it everywhere. I can already order bacon on my pizza. I dont need it jammed in the crust or bacon flavored cheese.... You know what though, bacon flavored cheese might not be half bad.

That might not be terrible. Except for the fact that it's Little Caesars...

Lets just make the entire crust out of a bacon lattice.

In the early 80's I worked at a pizzeria chain that introduced a "healthier and unique alternative" to the regular pan pizza... whole wheat crust deep dish. It absolutely crash, burned and bombed terribly!

It tasted like you made a pie on a thick piece of corrugated cardboard! Now everything is low fat, whole wheat, gluten free, etc. Poor, Joe - he was 30 years ahead of his time.

i'll give Little C's credit for owning the fact that they're cheap as shit. thats their thing
Papa Johns' has his 'signature' in cursive on the commercials and trying to do Greek pizzas and BBQ pizzas and all other kinds of nasty shit and with the 'better ingredients'
i'd rather eat Little Caesars than Papa Johns

I think you have to hope someone's daughter eschews the defibrillator and instead gives him a handjob during a heart attack-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack.

I know this will start some Grimace jokes but here I go any way...

If anybody is a Rueben Sandwich fan, I have a great recipe for a Rueben Pizza.

Get a pre-made crust, spread thousand island dressing on it just like pizza sauce. Place slices of Swiss cheese over the spread dressing. Then put some shredded corned beef on top of cheese and top it with sauerkraut. Chop up some more Swiss cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza. Bake it until it's done however you like... check pre-made dough package for exact time. I like to pour a little more dressing on top when it is done. Enjoy - This is very tasty!
