Smoked Pork chop is the way to go, when eating the pork chops. Doesnt take long and you can finish it on the grill with some good sear.

Tried the smoked steak, not good.

I frequently dine at the high end steak joints, & all have steaks under $50. Morton's is probably the most expensive. Personally, there is only one cut of steak that I will order, Rib eye.

Tom's is great. I could drink that sweet garlic dressing. A racetrack favorite. Old wiseguys love it! I went to a wake for a wiseguy not long ago and my wife and I went to Tom's afterward. I walked in there, half the people in the dining room had been at the wake. :lol:
