close to $20 mill when Salary cap increase included in cap space for next year.....That Jared Allen contract sucks though! $15 mill in guaranteed money and it is spread over 3 years if they cut him, so you need to apply $10 mill against cap.
Now the problem is finding someone who can spend it correctly.
