there's a lot of reasons to like Detroit.

Not being coached by an idiot is pretty high on the list tho. This team has always had talent. If they maintain their starting 22 they will be a super bowl contender.

No its not a bit. Why? Their only serious competition is Green Bay and honestly I like the Lions better. The Bears aren't a 500 team and I don't think much of the Vikings. Detroit has serious firepower on both sides of the ball. Their biggest problem IMHO was they were very undisciplined and that was largely because the coach was a Meatball dope.

I like them too and the Packers have a lot of concerns. But, Detroit still had 8 penalties for like 85 yards in the first half, that is not real disciplined.
