I was briefly listening to b&b yesterday and they played a clip of Ditka saying that he thought ray rice was a good kid who made a mistake and that getting cut severely hurts his earning power. obviously b&b were ripping him apart for saying that and that he just sounds like an old coot now.

with the public perception of rice now...and with ditka's comments about this and the team-that-shall-not-be-named...do w&s keep the weekly show with him? i guess locally it doesn't matter as much. but he can't have a very good rep with ESPN right now at least, i would think.

Yeah he can pretty much say whatever he wants. No one takes him seriously.

They "called him out" (using the term very loosely) on the Redskins thing last week, & he stumbled & mumbled some ridiculous mea culpa. They'll probably do the same, the audience will clap & he'll shout, "GO BEARS!"

There are some who do.

B & B are just jealous that Silvy and Waddle have better ratings.
