I dunno. They are better than they showed last night I think. I think it just shows that in the NFL anything can happen. "any given Sunday" is the old, tired cliche, but it true now more than ever in today's NFL it seems.

All those penalties (some of which were BS, on both sides) killed them. It was embarrassing how many flags were thrown. They had many chances to completely bury the Bears in that first half and did not take advantage. The Conte and Fuller picks were all just outstanding plays by the defense. They weren't the lame duck throws we are used to seeing from Cutler at times.

I think their defense has gotten a lot worse. Aldon Smith is Drunk Driving Sack Machine. Without him the defense is very pedestrian.

The Defense looked good IMO ...they shut Forte down completely .
They did drop 2 easy picks from Cutler ...the Offense looks pretty bad.

Bears O Line is Stout, nobody is getting consistent pressure on Cutler this year, I was glad Garza got hurt last week..never should have brought him n Tillman back. Delapuenta n Fuller are upgrades.

Unless Trestman would run read option, I wouldn't. Cutler is a much better pocket passer than Kaepernick. Its his running that makes him dangerous, in the pocket he aint shit.
