Jeffery and Marshall's health is key against the Jets. They run man press coverage all day. We need their size and strength to make the Jets pay.

Their blitzing won't matter because we have the best pass blocking line in football.

The Bears beat a team 3 times as good as the Jets without being to able to run the football at all. If the Bears lose it won't be because of a lack of a running game, it'll be because the passing game couldn't get it done.

Yeah I'm not down on the Bears this game and it has nothing to do with last week. Geno Smith will not outscore this team. It won't be easy but this is one of those games you should win. Then again so was week 1.

True dat. That was a bloody Sunday up until the second half. If this game even approaches the atrociousness of that first half then the Bears shouldn't even fly back.

Geno's markedly improved from last season, but his only real target has a bad hamstring and more importantly the Jets' secondary is a dumpster fire. I guess they could steal this one if they eat the clock and knock Cutler around, but even a hobbled Marshall/Jeffery should still be enough.

Bears 30
Jets 20

Still, this is a road game on MNF which has never agreed with the Bears organization.

Hour difference not a big deal. No one here seems to be mislead by last week's beating of the Packer's unbeatable nemesis. I'm sorry you as a GB fan think the Jets are better than they are after requiring help from the refs to beat them last week.

I agree. That whole 90minute flight on Saturday is bound to fuck with them.

My prediction is a result of having learned to zag when the majority is zigging. So far I'm off to an OK start going 2-0 in Bears ATS and 1-1 SU.

I never stated which team has more or less talent.

Then you didn't watch him last season.

I feel like this is a winnable game, in other words, the kind of game the Bears find a way to lose.

This sounds about right to me. I can certainly see the Bears fucking this up. I doubt they'll get blown out.

This is kind of an interesting game. Good offense vs. good defense; inept offense vs. inept defense.

The Bears should win this, so I expect them to lose by 7 or more.

Right? Might be a wild season. Just never know with this team.

It seems to me that the first two games were decided by the turnover battle. So which team wins that battle? Regardless, I think the Bears run away with this one.
