My $7,000 pool started with 701 entrants. Lost 260 in week 1 and another 169 yesterday. Down to 272 already!

I have changed my strategy this year. Instead of mapping out the entire 17 week season, I map out the first ten. By week ten, this thing is over, or just down to a few people. I am going to make some adjustments for teams that are better/worse than I thought. Looking at the Saints this week. They are a different team in that dome. Week 7 is going to be difficult if you use New England this week.

I am giving serious thought to Atlanta this week. They play much better at home, than on the road, and I am not impressed by Lovie's Bucs. If Austin Davis and Derek Anderson can move the ball on them, I see no reason why Atlanta can't. So far, Tampa's offense has been more conservative than when he coached the Bears.

Thursday night games are so awful and weird. I'm staying from them if it at all possible.

NE is a 15-point favorite????

Saints are a different team at home. I'm taking them. Like Chus said, Pats will be a week 7 choice.

Week 7 it too far out for me to consider

The pool im in is one big upset from being down to a handful.

Minnesota has to suspend him further, right? That presser yesterday was so god damn tone deaf. It's pathetic.

I wonder if any of the Saints D lineman or LBers were beaten as kids

I really want to use Atl this week, but I will most likely use NO, with AP out.

Started with 3800 people and we are down to 1800 after 2 weeks. We can pick teams multiple times so long term strategy is out the window. Had to go with NE this week and so did 1200 of the other entries, I wish I had went NO so I could have rooted for a big NE upset.

Half the teams used Bobby Rainey, so that's good for us. One owner took Josh McCown

My other one lost 10 (still have 260). People took Carolina, Denver, GB, Houston, and SF.

I took first in my fantasy survivor. Not that that pays anything. You just have to not be last place each week. Still have a ton of top players to burn, too.

I'd imagine 75-80% of pools are going with SD.

I took SD and SD/Pittsburgh (in two pools with three total entries)

I went Atlanta. Wanted to try to be slick and hope for SD to stumble. We have 1800 entries left and 1000 went with SD.
