He's getting the job done this year. He's had his patchwork secondary ready to play and the front 7 doesn't look awful.

Whoa whoa whoa...

far from ready....dixson looked like they pullled him from the row 3 of the 3rd section...and he is asking Brock Vereen who also looked shell shocked.

Yet, the JETS Jets jets jets kept throwing Fullers direction! LOL

Yea, Tucker is garbage, but not as bad as the Jets coaching staff. They are awful. I cant believe that Rex has survived 6 years there.

They looked pretty awful. But I'm withholding judgment until they play a traditional drop back passer.

The injuries have simplified the defensive scheme which in turn has made it more effective. Then again, they have yet to face a quarterback who can throw the ball well. Having so many rookies play so many snaps is long term encouraging.

need more info on J allen "delay line technique". J Allen being 97 years old is not M Tukcers fault.

But Ego and the Willie Bros have been solid. I would grade them a 7. Held a good rushing team under their avg. That is good enough to win, thats all that is asked.

Secondary gonna be scary v GB

Most of whom should be on practice squads. They were down to what, their 6th DB last night?

Somebody teach Chris Conte how to tackle. Its easy to injure and re-injure your shoulder when you only method of bringing people down is by launching into players with your shoulder pads!

Winner.

The fact is they have played three inconsistent young quarterbacks who were all inconsistent at times.

The next 3 teams have the ability to torch the Bears defense unlike any of the first 3 teams.

Said the same thing to my buddies last night.

I hope this doesn't turn into the "Get well" game for Rodgers. Of course, I picked against the Bears the last 2 games so what the hell do I know.

Also the last of these inconsistent and young QBs managed six red zone trips last night against the D. Not good, but in the bigger picture the defense is playingmuch better than last year's abomination, but then again that's not a good standard to judge yourself against.

Going into the season, didn't most people say/think that the defense this year had to "just be acceptable" and the Bears would be good? So far, that is pretty much what happened. The run D against Buffalo was not good, but the offense lost that game. Defense made some huge huge plays the last two games, and the Beloved have come out victorious.

Packers will be 1-3 by 3/4pm Sunday. It will be awesome.

Even though it was against the Bills, 49ers, and Jets, they have given up a total of 12 points in the second halves of these games. That's impressive. This week is the real test.

front 7 hit gaps well last night to hinder the run. Ivory is a beast

I wouldn't worry about getting torched this week. Green Bay is currently having trouble completing a single pass.

Homerism aside, that's my stance as well. For whatever reason GB hasn't shown they're the powerhouse we've been used to seeing. For that reason, a win should be expected.

the d-line needs to play better... maybe ratliff is THAT important... but when they play good offenses they are going to need a better rush from the line or else they are going to get picked apart.

i'm not sure what mel tucker can do to make jared allen win a one on one matchup.

Agree Billy. The D line had a few nice plays, but overall they didn't get consistent pressure.

not have him play against D'Brick, the 49ers OL or similarly talented opponents. The Packers present such a situation

Yeah two interceptions are never good, but GB never punted until the game was over in the second half. This was a team that couldn't score the first three weeks of the season, then they put up 38 in less than four complete quarters. I blame.defense for the loss.

Absolutely agree.

Cutler should also keep his composure and at least keep them in the game. He's our franchise.

Defense isn't solely to blame for this at all Vegan.

Dumb calls by Trestcan and terrible throws in the 2nd half by Cutler are equal in blame here.

Yep. Great effort by the beloved.

I guess the offense is going to have to stay on the field as long as possible.
