Would I listen if North had a show, of course, but will i assume it will be terrible if its "the Mike North show" produced by Mike North, directed by Mike North, etc.

A North show would be much more popular than Spiegel & Holmes, but there's no way Mitch ever brings him back. Didn't Ron Gleason once say they considered WSCR's real competition to be WBEZ/WFMT/WXRT? I thought I read that in the station history thing they did for the anniversary. If they thought that with North, Mac, and Murph, I'm sure they think so now with Dan, Spiegs, and Leery.

I think there can still be merit to what North does. He's an obnoxious dumbass who thinks he knows stuff about sports. The whole town is full of obnoxious dumbasses who thinks they know stuff about sports. Like bigfan always says, give him a real producer and co-host to keep him on the strait and narrow and he serves a purpose.

What Fox show does he have? Is that the Mancow show with North as his loyal jester?

I listened to some North yesterday morning. I can hear Zorich getting fat. Still, there is something about North when he is goofing around rather than talking politics that makes him a fun listen.

He does a Fantasy Football show on Fox Radio from 7-9am on Sundays. It's the fantasy football show that talks mainly about point spreads and over/unders.

He also has one on Sunday night most of the time 10p-12a. Not sure if he always has that one. He used to. I have Fox Radio as one of the favorites on my Radio app for the phone so I switch around and see what's going on. Caught North last night.
